I've been posting my 'foodie' pics on my Facebook page for years now, and more recently the frequency of those posts has risen pretty dramatically. Many of my FB friends have asked me to do this blog, to share my recipes and tips with the world.
So here it is.
I'm a retired senior technical manager from Silicon Valley, and have traveled quite a lot - mostly to the Far East - and sampled many of the different cultures and cuisines offered by that exotic region. My lovely wife and I have traveled as well, although those trips have been to points of interest much closer to home - in the Caribbean and Mexico. The food I've enjoyed varies from some very delicate flavorings to others very bold and wild.
Now I'm learning how to create some of these flavor experiences while also improving the health aspects of our diet. And I'll be sharing them with you here.
