A salad of Baby Spinach, sliced cucumber and tomato, with chopped green onion and mushroom, then topped with refried beans and fresh avocado then dusted with a 'mexican' cheese blend.
Grilled Asparagus spears atop a chilled salad of fresh mushrooms, zucchini, english cucumbers, romaine lettuce, with a bit of a smoked ham/veggie 'salad' and fire-roasted tomatoes, oh.. and green onions... topped with fresh grated romano. The dressing was a blend of a light Balsamic and sweet chili.
