Pita bread, stuffed with sliced red bell pepper, Armenian cucumber, zucchini and red onion and topped with diced grilled chicken breast and a dollop of guacamole. Both the veggies and the chicken were tossed in a dressing consisting of 2 tbsp of Trader Joe's low-fat Creamy Cilantro dressing, 2 tbsp of lemon juice, and 2 tsp of Jalapeno White Balsamic vinegar with a dash of fresh cilantro.
