Doe calls it "the BEST salad EVER!" I cooked the prawns in butter with cilantro, then soaked them all day in a dressing composed of equal parts Trader Joe's reduced fat Creamy Cilantro dressing, lemon juice, with a splash of Balsamic vinegar and fresh cilantro. That same dressing was used on the salad... Romaine lettuce and Baby Spinach, tossed with fresh red onion, garbonzo beans, and halved cherry tomatos with fresh grated Romano (and the dressing). The prawns were added, then 1/4 of an avocado on each serving, then fresh grated Romano and more dressing.
