This is a rich and delicious dessert with only three ingredients and perhaps 100 calories tops (2 WW points). NOTE: You DO need a good blender or food processor (we use a Ninja Ultima system).
Ingredients:
1 1/2 frozen peaches, cut in 1/2" slices
1 frozen banana, cut in two pieces
1/3 cup fat-free Vanilla yogurt
Preparation:
Place the peaches and banana in your blender or food processor
Pulse for about a minute, then scrape down the sides of the pitcher/bowl
Blend for another minute, beginning with a medium speed and slowly increasing it
When the consistency is that of thick oatmeal, add the Vanilla yogurt
Bend for another minute or so until the consistency is that of soft serve or frozen yogurt
Spoon into serving dishes and enjoy!
