Doreen calls it "AsparaPrawnza" - Prawns marinated in lemon juice and light Balsamic, smothered in Blackened Redfish and Aloha Spicy Seafood seasonings, then sauteed in butter and garlic with Capers, fresh Asparagus, diced tomatoes, seasoned with basil and oregano and a dash of Mediterranean Sea Salt. Served over mushroom ravioli with freshly grated Romano.
The tortillas are whole grain, the filling was herb rice and sauteed summer squash, zucchini, baby sweet peppers, mushrooms, and red onion. Seasoned with butter and garlic, with a dash of turmeric of course.
