For this you need a really good blender. We have a Ninja Ultima system, and it works well with the 'single serving' container for this purpose.
This recipe serves 2, at about 120 calories each (3 WW points)
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup fat-free Vanilla yogurt
2 cups frozen mixed berries
4 fresh strawberries for topping
Preparation:
Put yogurt and frozen berries in the blender
Pulse for about a minute or until the desired consistency
Spoon into cups, top with sliced strawberries, and serve!
