Ahhhh... Put these beauties together on the fly, and OMG they were good!
Pita bread, stuffed with sliced red bell pepper, Armenian cucumber, zucchini and red onion and topped with diced grilled chicken breast and a dollop of guacamole. Both the veggies and the chicken were tossed in a dressing consisting of 2 tbsp of Trader Joe's low-fat Creamy Cilantro dressing, 2 tbsp of lemon juice, and 2 tsp of Jalapeno White Balsamic vinegar with a dash of fresh cilantro.
Served chilled, and oh-so-good. Less than 350 calories. (9 WW points)
