Well today we made our every-six-week run to the big city (Folsom, CA) to do the Costco and Trader Joe's run. Part of that trip is a stop for b-b-b-BAD fast food - probably 1000 calories or more just for lunch. So...
Tonight I whipped up a salad that counts for less than 100 calories.
Baby Spinach, fresh red onion, fresh lemon cucumber, fresh cherry tomatoes, salad olives, fresh grated Romano cheese, fresh Thai basil and other seasonings, and a ZERO calorie homemade dressing made from sweet chili sauce, orange muscat champaign vinegar, and grapefruit white balsamic. Oh yeah, and the topper was a full serving of Langostino. In a word, YUM! (< 3 WW points!)
