For you salad lovers. A salad of baby spinach, shredded cabbage, two different kinds of cucumber, zucchini, and some finely chopped spicy pepper. Tossed with a bit of grated Romano and a homemade dressing of Newman's low-fat sesame-ginger, lemon juice, and a splash of Rice Vinegar (and the chicken marinated in this as well) blended with ground ginger, paprika, and tarragon. The salad was topped with the marinated chicken surrounded by fresh heirloom tomato slices, with a bit more grated Romano and a drizzle of dressing. Less than 200 calories. YUM! (5 WW points!)
