Oh my ... So tonight I decided that since we just stopped by the Farmer's Market and got fresh veggies (and fruit, of course), that I'd make the most of it. So we dined on a fantastic veggie-only dish. Fresh crook-neck squash, three different kinds of fresh tomato, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, green onion, red onion, and fresh mushrooms along with finely-chopped spicy peppers - all sauteed in a couple of teaspoons of hemp oil and a soy/citrus blend, served atop a mushroom/herb rice and topped with a sprinkle of queso cheese and REALLY fresh Thai basil. It was OMG delicious, VERY filling, and about 200 calories. YESSSSSSS. (5 WW points)
