Okay, by popular demand... A serving of Doe's famous Veggie Lasagna - with garlic bread, of course. The Lasagna is a perfect melding of fresh spinach, mushrooms, shredded carrots, zucchini, garlic, grated parmesan, mozzarella, and cottage cheeses. Absolutely the best I've ever tasted!
Tonight's delight: Something I call a 'Southwest Spinach Salad', with spinach, olives, peppers, and feta. The tuna 'topping' is mixed with pepperoncinis, minced dill pickle, and chipotle. Dressing is Ken's Greek
