My baby begged me for this one. Grilled chicken and broccoli, sizzled with seasonings in hemp oil, served with a homemade Alfredo sauce over spinach/mozzarella ravioli. The Alfredo began with a tbsp of 'real' Alfredo, blended with 2 tbsp of non-fat Greek Yogurt, lemon juice, and herbs. Surprisingly healthy, and quite delicious. Only about 200 calories (5 WW points)
