This is grilled asparagus, the spears having been seared on a cast-iron grill pan after a couple of hours in a garlic oil/butter/parmesan/italian spice mixture. Then there are the chicken and kale dumplings, stir-fried in hemp oil with fresh squash, bell pepper, and red onion seasoned with Chinese 5-Spice and Tarragon. About 300 calories, and delicious! 8 WW points.
