Surprisingly easy, really delicious, and pretty darn healthy!
4oz Ahi Tuna steak, marinated for a few hours in soy and sesame oil, then seared for about 3 minutes on each side. Accompanied by 1/2" thick zucchini rounds, marinated in EVO with herbs, with thin slices of baby bell peppers on top, broiled for about 15 minutes.
